Jayasri Prasad

Jayasri Prasad is a seasoned leader and entrepreneur with nearly 30 years of experience in the legal and sustainability domains. She has spent over 21 years with AstraZeneca in increasingly senior roles, living and working in both India and the UK. Her expertise extends beyond corporate law, encompassing various aspects of Environment Social and Governance (ESG), including ethics, corporate governance, DE&I, human rights, and environmental protection.

With her profound understanding of sustainability and ESG issues on a global scale, Jayasri has launched a consultancy in London. Her consultancy aims to guide businesses worldwide in integrating ESG into their strategies, empowering organizations to thrive in a landscape where success and resilience depend on embracing sustainable practices. Additionally, leveraging her extensive global expertise and local knowledge, she assists multinational corporations in shaping ethical and sustainable cultures within their businesses. Jayasri focuses on effectively cascading the global values of these multinationals to employees in developing countries, fostering transformative change.

Jayasri Prasad combines her strong legal foundation with a deep passion for sustainability. As a qualified lawyer and member of the ICSA, UK and ICSI, India, she brings a unique perspective to her work. Her certifications in Business Sustainability from the University of Cambridge and the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Netherlands, further solidify her expertise in the field. Beyond her technical qualifications, Jayasri’s exceptional interpersonal skills enable her to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and build strong relationships. Throughout her career, she has been recognized with numerous awards and accolades, highlighting her significant contributions to the fields of law, governance, and sustainability.

Jay Atara

Jay Atara is a commercial executive with over 20+ years executive experience and a proven track record of delivering finance and operational results. I have operated through many crisis’s during my career, adapting rapidly and effectively to changing environments, including the telecoms disaster,  financial crisis and Covid-19. As COO/CFO he restructured, established, and managed a high performing motivated team after clearing legacy issues across people, processes and systems. 

He is currently a consultant, coach and investor at Neelkantha Holdings, Chairman and Founder of Elimumatokeo, Director at EmpowerESG, Advisor Global ESG Leadership Organization to and Chairman of Reforest Africa. He is a fellow of Chartered Institute of Management Accountant(FCMA), Association of Corporate Treasurers (FCT), a graduate of Cambridge Institute of Sustainable Leadership and a Member of the International Federation of Coaches(ICF).  .
